1. 適用
この規約は、Third View（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを使うことで、この規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 利用できる方
本アプリは 18 歳以上の方を対象としています。
3. Third View の性質
- Third View は、前後のカメラの画像と端末の向きをもとに AI が再構成した画像です。その位置にあったカメラで撮影した写真ではなく、事実の記録や証拠として使うことはできません。
- 人物の見た目、位置関係、背景などに誤りを含むことがあります。基準に満たない画像は表示しませんが、表示された画像の正確さを保証するものではありません。
- 場面によっては Third View を生成できないことがあります。その場合も、あなたが撮った元の写真（Original）は端末に保存されています。
4. AI 再構成であることの表示
本アプリは Third View に「AI再構成」と表示し、共有する画像にも表示とメタデータを付けます。これらの表示を消したり、 Third View を実際に撮影された写真であるかのように示したりしないでください。
5. 写っている方の了承
Third View を作るために、あなたと被写体の顔を含む画像が外部のサービスへ送信されます（プライバシーポリシー）。 撮影の前に、写っている方の了承を得てください。お子さまを撮影する場合は、保護者として責任をもって利用してください。 第三者の肖像権・プライバシーに関する責任は、撮影・共有するあなたが負います。
6. 禁止事項
- 写っている方の了承なく撮影し、または Third View を公開・共有すること
- わいせつな内容、暴力的な内容、児童を性的に扱う内容、その他法令に反する内容の撮影・生成
- 他人になりすます目的、他人を誤認させる目的、名誉や信用を傷つける目的で Third View を使うこと
- 本アプリやサーバに過度な負荷をかけること、解析・改変すること、利用上限を回避すること
7. 写真と生成物の権利
あなたが撮った写真の権利はあなたにあります。運営者は、Third View の生成と品質確認に必要な範囲でのみ素材を処理し、それ以外の目的では利用しません。 生成された Third View は、この規約と法令の範囲で自由に利用できます。
8. 利用上限と提供の変更
Third View の生成には 1 日あたりの上限があります。上限に達した場合も、元の写真の撮影と保存はそのまま使えます。 運営者は、事前に告知したうえで、本アプリの内容の変更や提供の終了をすることがあります。端末内に保存された写真は、提供の終了後も端末に残ります。
9. 免責
本アプリは現状のまま提供します。運営者は、Third View の正確さ、特定の目的への適合、生成の成功を保証しません。 運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について責任を負いません（消費者契約法その他の法令で認められない範囲を除きます）。

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Third View (the “app”). By using the app you agree to them.
2. Who can use it
The app is for people aged 18 or over.
3. What a Third View is
- A Third View is an image reconstructed by AI from front and rear camera frames and the phone's orientation. It is not a photograph taken by a camera at that position, and it must not be used as a record of fact or as evidence.
- It may contain errors in how people look, where they stood, or the background. Images that fail our checks are not shown, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of those that are.
- Some scenes cannot be reconstructed. Your original photo is saved on your device either way.
4. Labeling as AI reconstructed
The app labels every Third View as “AI reconstructed”, and shared images carry the label and metadata. Do not remove these labels or present a Third View as if it were a real photograph.
5. Agreement of the people in your photos
Making a Third View sends images that include your face and your subject's face to external services (see the Privacy Policy). Get the agreement of the people you photograph first. If you photograph a child, you do so as the responsible parent or guardian. You are responsible for other people's image and privacy rights when you capture or share.
6. Prohibited use
- Photographing people, or publishing or sharing a Third View of them, without their agreement
- Capturing or generating obscene or violent content, content that sexualises children, or anything unlawful
- Using a Third View to impersonate someone, to mislead others, or to harm someone's reputation
- Overloading, reverse engineering or modifying the app or its servers, or circumventing usage limits
7. Rights in photos and generated images
You keep the rights in the photos you take. We process the materials only as needed to generate and check the Third View, and for no other purpose. You may use your Third Views freely within these terms and the law.
8. Usage limit and changes
Third View generation has a daily limit. When you reach it, taking and saving original photos still works. We may change or end the service with prior notice. Photos saved on your device remain there after the service ends.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a Third View is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or will be generated. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the app.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
