1. このアプリがすること
Third View は、あなたが誰かを撮った瞬間について、背面カメラ（撮られる人と場所）と前面カメラ（撮っているあなた）の画像から、 「あなたがその人を撮っていた場面」を第三者の視点で AI が再構成するカメラアプリです。再構成した画像を Third View と呼びます。
2. 取得する情報

前後のカメラを同時に使うのは、撮影画面を開いていて Third View が ON の間だけです。シャッター前後の短い映像は端末のメモリ上にだけ置き、 動画として保存しません。前面カメラの映像は画面にもアルバムにも出しません。
3. 利用目的
- Third View を生成するため
- 生成した画像が、入力と同じ人物・同じ場面に見えるかを自動で確認するため（基準に満たない画像は表示しません）
- 1 日あたりの利用上限の管理、不正利用の防止、障害の調査のため
- 通報への対応のため
広告、マーケティング、利用傾向の分析、AI の学習には使いません。
4. 顔の画像の扱い
顔の画像は、Third View の生成と、生成結果の確認（入力の画像と生成した画像を AI に見比べさせる方法）にのみ使います。 個人を識別・認証するための顔の特徴量（テンプレート）は作成も保存もしません。誰であるかを特定する処理は行いません。
5. 外部への送信（委託先）

いずれも、送信した内容を AI の学習に使用しない条件のサービス（有償の API）を利用しています。Google は不正利用の監視のため、 送信された内容を同社の規約に定める期間保持することがあります。上記の国の個人情報保護制度は日本と異なります。 送信先を追加・変更する場合は、このページを改定し、アプリ内で改めて同意をお願いします。
6. 保存期間

端末内の写真（Original と Third View）は、あなたが削除するか、アプリを削除するまで端末に残ります。
7. 写っている方・お子さまについて
このアプリは 18 歳以上の方を対象としています。写っている方（被写体）の画像も 5 の送信先へ送られるため、撮影の前にその方の了承を得てください。 お子さまを撮影する場合は、保護者の責任で利用してください。
8. あなたができること
- 同意しない・取り消す: 初回の説明で「Third View なしで使う」を選ぶか、設定の「同意を取り消す」で、以後は何も送信しません（通常のカメラとして使えます）。
- 一時的に止める: 撮影画面の「THIRD VIEW ON」をタップすると OFF になり、前面カメラを使いません。
- サーバ上のデータを消す: 設定の「サーバー上のデータを削除」で、この端末にひもづくデータをすべて削除します。
- 開示・訂正などの請求: 下記の連絡先へ、設定画面に表示されるデバイス ID を添えてご連絡ください。
9. 安全管理
通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）し、Third View の取得には期限付きの署名 URL を使います。サーバへのアクセス権限は運営者に限定しています。
10. 改定と連絡先
内容を変更する場合は、このページで告知し、重要な変更（送信先や利用目的の追加など）はアプリ内で改めて同意をお願いします。

1. What this app does
Third View is a camera app. For the moment you photograph someone, it uses the rear camera (your subject and the place) and the front camera (you, taking the photo) to let AI reconstruct the scene of you taking that photo, as seen by a bystander. We call that reconstructed image a Third View.
2. Information we collect

Both cameras run together only while the camera screen is open and Third View is on. The short clips around the shutter are kept in memory only and are never saved as video. Front-camera footage is not shown on screen or kept in your album.
3. How we use it
- To generate the Third View
- To automatically check that the generated image shows the same people and the same scene as the inputs (images that do not meet the bar are not shown)
- To manage the daily usage limit, prevent abuse and investigate failures
- To respond to reports
We do not use it for advertising, marketing, usage profiling or AI training.
4. Face images
Face images are used only to generate the Third View and to check the result by having AI compare the input images with the generated image. We do not create or store face templates for identifying or authenticating individuals, and we do not determine who anyone is.
5. Service providers

Both are used under paid API terms that do not use submitted content to train AI. Google may retain submitted content for the period stated in its terms to monitor for abuse. If we add or change a recipient, we will update this page and ask for your consent again in the app.
6. Retention

7. People in your photos, and children
This app is for people aged 18 or over. Images of the people you photograph are also sent to the recipients in section 5, so please get their agreement first. If you photograph a child, you do so as the responsible parent or guardian.
8. Your choices
- Decline or withdraw consent: choose “Use without Third View” in the introduction, or “Withdraw consent” in Settings. Nothing is sent from then on, and the app works as a normal camera.
- Pause: tap “THIRD VIEW ON” on the camera screen to turn it off. The front camera is not used while it is off.
- Delete server data: “Delete server data” in Settings removes everything linked to this device.
- Access and correction requests: contact us with the Device ID shown in Settings.
9. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), Third Views are fetched through time-limited signed URLs, and server access is limited to the operator.
10. Changes and contact
Changes are announced on this page. For material changes, such as a new recipient or purpose, we will ask for your consent again in the app.
